Customer Retention Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer retention efforts, driving growth and loyalty through data-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) and retention rates. Experience with CRM tools, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Lifetimely is essential.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension plan, private healthcare, and a generous holiday allowance.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class referral and loyalty program, utilizing data to understand customer segments and their lifecycle. You will also report on key performance metrics, identify new opportunities for growth, and work closely with our marketing and sales teams.
