Job Summary: We're seeking a seasoned Director of Customer Retention and Expansion to spearhead our customer success efforts, drive growth, and foster long-term relationships with our valued clients.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of customer success strategies
  • Lead a high-performing Customer Success team
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, focusing on strategic partnerships and expansions
  • Optimise customer adoption and retention rates
  • Nurture relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and expansion metrics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product engagement and usability

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in customer success and account management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical expertise to support product-related queries
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate customer data and drive business decisions

What We Offer:

We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, a performance-based bonus of up to £20,000, and a flexible work arrangement that balances in-office and remote work.
