Job Summary: We're seeking a seasoned Director of Customer Retention and Expansion to spearhead our customer success efforts, drive growth, and foster long-term relationships with our valued clients.
- Oversee the development and implementation of customer success strategies
- Lead a high-performing Customer Success team
- Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, focusing on strategic partnerships and expansions
- Optimise customer adoption and retention rates
- Nurture relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and expansion metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product engagement and usability
Requirements:
- Significant experience in customer success and account management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical expertise to support product-related queries
- Analytical mindset to evaluate customer data and drive business decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals
What We Offer:
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, a performance-based bonus of up to £20,000, and a flexible work arrangement that balances in-office and remote work.
