The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding retention and renewal targets. They will develop and implement strategies to increase renewal rates and reduce churn, and build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

This role involves overseeing the renewal process, analyzing trends and customer feedback to inform renewal strategies, and working closely with account management and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. We offer an estimated salary of $130,000 per year, based on the company's typical compensation package for similar roles in the region.
