Responsibilities:
- Develop a customer-centric CRM strategy to support Townhouse's growth and ensure seamless customer journeys across channels.
- Design and execute CRM campaigns to boost engagement and retention, utilizing email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Segment customers using data analysis and create personalized communications that drive loyalty.
- Oversee automated and triggered campaigns, refining messaging and improving engagement through a test-and-learn approach.
- Track and report on campaign performance and customer engagement, informing future strategies with data-driven insights.
- Implement initiatives to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat visits.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM trends and best practices, ensuring Townhouse's CRM efforts remain at the forefront.
