This pivotal role will require you to lead the development of tailored retention marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise in CRM marketing to maximize player engagement and lifetime value.

  • Lead the creation and implementation of retention marketing campaigns, blending art and science to achieve exceptional results.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as return on investment (ROI) and customer lifetime value (CLV), identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign progress and collaborating on strategic initiatives.

You will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably within the iGaming or gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact retention marketing campaigns, driving significant revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
