About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to take on a challenging position as a Crm and Data Executive at United Legwear and Apparel Company in the UK. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing a comprehensive Crm strategy to drive customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value across the Ted Baker brand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Crm Strategy Development
    • Develop a strategic approach to Crm that aligns with business goals.
    • Design and execute personalized multi-channel Crm campaigns.
    • Define customer segments and lifecycle stages.
  • Customer Insights and Data Analysis
    • Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Conduct post-campaign analysis to determine effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Campaign Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
    • Manage campaign execution, including creative development and reporting.
  • Crm Platform Management
    • Optimize Crm platform performance.
    • Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting and Performance Tracking
    • Provide regular reports on key Crm metrics.
    • Use data insights to inform future Crm efforts.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a salary of £65,000 per annum, a generous pension contribution, 25 days annual leave, and access to fitness benefits and wellbeing support.
