About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at ComplyAdvantage. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, from onboarding to adoption and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our financial crime risk solutions
  • Providing proactive support to clients to increase adoption, improve utilization, and minimize churn
  • Driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand contract revenue in conjunction with the sales/account management team
  • Playing a primary role in shaping the product roadmap based on customer feedback

The ideal candidate will have a true passion for customers, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams and build consensus.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
