Business Development Opportunity

Evermile, a pioneering software company in London, is looking for a skilled Customer Success and Growth Specialist to join its team. This role involves supporting multisite businesses, chains, and other strategic accounts, ensuring successful adoption and long-term growth.

  • Design and implement customer success strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage nationwide rollouts of our SaaS platform, including technical integrations and operational setup.
  • Foster strong relationships at both store and corporate levels.
  • Identify opportunities for usage growth and upselling.
  • Track and report business metrics to enhance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development plans, leading rollouts of our SaaS platform, building relationships, driving usage growth, and monitoring business metrics.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
