Customer Success Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Paper Run. As a key member of our customer success department, you will play a vital role in onboarding new clients and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding Process Management: Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, guaranteeing seamless integration with their systems.
- Main Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing strategic guidance on how to maximize Return on Spend with automated direct mail flows & campaigns.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot client issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or onboarding within the e-commerce or marketing technology space.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and processes.
- Experience working with e-commerce/DTC brands or digital marketing agencies preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
