About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurants, identifying opportunities for upselling, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure their long-term success on the Quandoo platform.

Main Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Own and take full responsibility for your partner base, aiming to increase usage, ensure payment, boost bookability, and achieve predetermined retention targets.">
  • Training and Education: Train, educate, and upskill your portfolio on the ever-changing technology Quandoo offers, ensuring they remain competitive in the market.">
  • Territory Development: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve growth targets and expand usage within your net customer base.">
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships within your territory, fostering growth and loyalty among your merchant base.">
  • Communication: Effectively communicate Quandoo's value proposition through proposals and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting the benefits of our platform.">
  • Market Analysis: Understand and report on industry-specific promotions and trends, undertaking regional market analysis and competitive assessment for strategy planning.">

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
