Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster relationships with key accounts and internal teams to drive action and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Develop and retain positive relationships with Harri clients, acting as a trusted consultant to optimize their loyalty and marketing strategies.
  3. Monitor usage and product adoption, proactively contacting clients to deliver coaching and training to improve their utilization.
  4. Build and present Harri's value story using data and insights, driving growth with existing customers and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  5. Communicate regularly with customers to evaluate satisfaction and adapt to their needs.
Requirements
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key accounts.
  • Ability to act as a trusted consultant to customers, fostering loyalty and optimizing their marketing strategies.
  • Strong advocacy skills to represent customer needs and enhance their overall experience.
