The Role
As part of our continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to work with our largest and most complex customers. You'll help them successfully embed Encord into their innovative AI applications.
Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Engineering teams, you'll report directly to the co-founders. The ideal candidate has a track record of making customers successful with complex technology while consistently overachieving on Gross and Net Revenue Retention targets.
About You
You have extensive customer-facing experience, especially with Enterprise customers. You've successfully collaborated with technical and commercial teams and strengthened existing customer relationships.
