Drive Customer Success and Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead our customer success team at insightsoftware. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with a track record of success in the SaaS industry.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of customer success professionals to drive customer satisfaction and retention through effective strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase customer lifetime value, adoption, expansion, and referrals.
  • Leverage reporting and data analysis to inform success plays and prevent customer attrition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer escalations and improve overall customer experience.

This position requires a strong background in customer success, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships with customers.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success management, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
