Customer Success Leader

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Leader to lead our Customer Success team and drive growth through exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, proficiency in CRM systems, BI tools, and data analysis techniques, as well as experience in managing full-cycle B2C marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Customer Success team and drive growth through exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as Account Management, Sales, or Pre-sales
- Proficiency in CRM systems, BI tools, and data analysis techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and an additional language essential
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus private healthcare and a company pension plan.
