Customer Success and Growth Leader

We're seeking a Customer Success and Growth Leader to join our team at Terraspect. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving customer success by building strong relationships with customers and users.
Your responsibilities will include supporting sales processes from prospecting to setting up demos and onboarding, engaging with the broader carbon finance market through conferences, events, content, panels, and presentations, and jumping into new areas as they bubble up like new product launches, fundraising, partnerships, research, and helping us build Terraspect's Operating System.
We're looking for someone who wants to work closely with customers to figure out how to delight them, wants to work on hard, unsolved, and ambitious problems, gets stuff done, and understands when to prioritize speed compared to scale-proof solutions.
The salary for this role is estimated at $170,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include high ownership culture, top quartile pay, and diverse team of technologists and operators.
This role requires a STEM degree from a top university, 3+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, and some experience in the climate/carbon sector. You must enjoy nature and be willing to spend time in the field with communities who benefit from our work.
