Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Leader to join our esteemed global team at Clarivate Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and driving growth across our range of products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring customers derive value from our products and services, working closely with colleagues across the organization to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Oversee customer training and implement adoption strategies to maximize usage, satisfaction, and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Drive growth by securing existing business and identifying expansion opportunities across our products and services.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as Intellectual Property or Intellectual Intelligence.
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with customer success and/or relationship management.
  • Language requirements: English and German.
Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year.

This salary estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in London, Barcelona, Munich, or Belgrade. Your actual salary may vary depending on your experience and qualifications.
