  • Develop deep relationships with senior executives and influence Go-to-Market Strategy through data-driven insights.
  • Inspire a Culture of Excellence by equipping your team with the tools to deliver outstanding service.

We offer a highly competitive salary of up to £120k+ OTE.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in SaaS, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven ability to build and scale effective customer success teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset, using KPIs and feedback to enhance processes.
