Bilingual Customer Success Leader

We're seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Success Leader to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our Customer Success department, you'll be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
About the Role:- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Develop and implement tailored account plans to drive customer success and growth.
- Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
As a seasoned professional, you'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in customer-facing roles. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively collaborate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including private healthcare insurance, a company pension scheme, and individual wellbeing allowance.
