Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with commissioning customers to ensure seamless contract management and renewal processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for value delivery and revenue growth
  • Lead the development of targeted strategies to mitigate potential churn risk and drive long-term customer retention

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in customer-facing roles, a keen sense of risk and opportunity, and a proven track record of building lasting customer relationships. A salary of £55,000 - £60,000 + 31,500 share options is offered, along with access to a flexible benefits provider and enhanced parental leave policy.
