Bilingual Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team in London. This role will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth through premium vendor partnerships.
The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in externally-facing project management and possess a strong work ethic with a motivation to continuously improve and grow. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this position.
This is an in-office role primarily based in London, but occasional travel may be required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable articulating complex technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and own the execution of premium vendor partnerships
- Support vendor sales managers during negotiations and take ownership of relationships once commercial agreements are signed
- Prepare and lead trainings for new partners to ensure seamless onboarding
- Liaise between partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Share vendor learnings and feedback with the product and marketing team
