Bilingual Customer Advocacy Director

At Hyperexponential Ltd, we're scaling our Customer Success team to ensure every customer receives exceptional support. As a Bilingual Customer Advocacy Director, you'll collaborate closely with our Cross-Functional teams to drive enhancements and improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Retention: Focus on ensuring the customer relationship is healthy, stress-test potential renewal risks, and agree strategies to minimise them.
- Business Value Realisation: Understand and articulate the customer's executive priorities, business objectives, and related initiatives where our platform can have an impact.
- Effective Adoption: Proactively work with customers to maximise adoption, empower them as internal ambassadors, and drive growth across the organisation.
Initial Deliverables
- Review and analyse your initial customer portfolio, identifying account health, risks to renewals, opportunities for additional adoption, and extra activities to action.
- Take ownership of QBRs and Account Plans for your customers, reviewing and updating content, and arranging meetings.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
