About the Role

Ceviant Finance is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to lead our design team and drive innovation in our products.

As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to define, design, ship, and iterate on our suite of products.

Your responsibilities will include leading design for one of our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and exploring new skills to improve your craft.

In addition, you will participate in user research and customer success conversations, and play a key role in scaling our design organization.
