Key Responsibilities
  1. To provide expert claims advocacy in relation to large, complex, and/or contentious Casualty claims, maintaining and leveraging market relationships as necessary, in order to bring claims to prompt, satisfactory conclusions.
  2. To develop, shape, and articulate the claims value proposition to clients, Retail partners, colleagues, and carriers, including the development and provision of management information and data to support the same.
  3. To manage, review, and supervise claims and adherence with claims procedures and guidelines, including responsibility for Client claims strategies.
  4. For major Clients, lead the claims relationship, including regular meetings, delivery of claims reports, etc.
  5. To manage the relationship between the UK Claims team and the Casualty North American and Rest of World Specialties team, acting as the key point of contact in sharing information and agreeing strategy.
