About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of People and Culture to drive business growth and enhance employee engagement. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve our organizational culture and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive people and culture strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services and support the business.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with our organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on people and culture matters to senior leaders and the business.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and the business.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
