About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of People and Culture to drive business growth and enhance employee engagement. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve our organizational culture and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive people and culture strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services and support the business.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance on people and culture matters to senior leaders and the business.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  2. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and the business.
  4. Knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
