About the Position

We're seeking a skilled People and Culture Partner to join our remote-first, global team in Berlin, London, or Lisbon. As a strategic advisor to team leads, you'll drive performance and team development through coaching and best practice implementation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Be a strategic partner and advisor to team leads on various people topics including employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and compensation
  • Coach managers on applying best practices to drive performance and team development
  • Own, collaborate, and deliver people & culture projects such as onboarding, learning and development, and offboarding
  • Support organisational change and engagement aligned with the company's strategic objectives
  • Optimise processes to improve internal team operations and the overall employee experience
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills:
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive data-based decision making
  • Experience working either as a people partner, people ops or a similar role within a people function
  • Collaborative and motivated to work closely with other teams
  • Practical knowledge of employee labour laws in Germany, UK, Switzerland, or Portugal
