We are seeking a highly skilled Advocacy and Safeguarding Expert to join our team in Merton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse.

About the Position

This is a hybrid working role based in Merton Civic Centre. As an Advocacy and Safeguarding Expert, you will work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.

You will provide face-to-face and virtual support in a hybrid model of working, including working from home, Merton Civic Centre, and the Merton One Stop Shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
  • Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritized according to risk.
  • Direct service delivery to victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerable people.

Salary: £30,850 per annum, including a 2,800 per annum London Weighting Allowance.
