About the Position

Hanson Search is seeking an experienced Global Healthcare Advocacy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global healthcare advocacy strategies to drive meaningful impact for our clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise in healthcare policy, government affairs, and advocacy to advance client objectives. Your strong network of contacts within the health policy ecosystem will be essential in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global healthcare advocacy strategies to drive meaningful impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the health policy ecosystem, including policymakers, thought leaders, and industry experts
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in global healthcare policy and regulation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global healthcare advocacy strategies
  • Strong network of contacts within the health policy ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Compensation:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
