Strategic Customer Advocacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Advocacy Manager to join our team at Algomarketing. This role will be responsible for building and overseeing customer case study pipelines, sourcing customers for marquee events, and developing new programs to nurture customer advocates.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content production, or customer success, with excellent project management and organizational skills. They will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, copywriting and content creation expertise, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage customer case study pipelines, collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams to identify high-potential customer stories.
- Sourcing customers for marquee events and managing logistics to ensure a seamless experience for both the customer and event teams.
- Creating social media amplification plans for each case study and writing compelling copy to promote customer stories across Stripe's channels.
- Presenting case study recommendations and updates in leadership team meetings, demonstrating strong presentation and public speaking skills.
As a key member of our global customer marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advocacy activities into broader marketing and customer success efforts. You will also leverage data analytics tools like Hubble and Google Analytics to measure and optimize the performance of marketing content.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
