About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Childcare HR Specialist to join our team for a maternity cover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or in leadership within education or childcare sectors.
This key role involves working closely with the management team and directors to ensure our teams feel valued, empowered, and equipped to deliver outstanding childcare.
In this position, you will take overall responsibility for managing and developing all aspects of Human Resources across the nurseries. From onboarding to payroll, employee wellbeing, and compliance, you will play a central role in creating a positive, supportive work environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
