Job Description:
- As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the growth and development of our team.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR matters, including policies, procedures, and employee wellbeing.
Requirements:
- A strong background in HR or leadership within education or childcare sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support and motivate teams.
- Thorough understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
