As an HR and Recruitment Advisor with our company, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process for both external and internal positions, briefing hiring managers on recruitment processes, and providing ongoing support.

You will conduct initial calls with candidates to assess suitability, offer and negotiate job positions with successful candidates, and provide comprehensive feedback following interviews. Additionally, you will oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and exit processes, manage referrals to Occupational Health, support parental leave cases, and handle flexible working requests and other employee relations matters with professionalism and care.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in external and internal recruitment, ideally in-house, comprehensive HR advisor experience, particularly in managing the employee lifecycle, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment, and who is comfortable being a visible and proactive presence within the business.
