About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Direct Recruitment. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, onboarding new staff members, and overseeing staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Act as first point of contact for HR issues.
  • Foster a positive culture and strong communication among staff members.
  • Coordinate staff development and provide performance management support and coaching.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, oversee contracts, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, provide staff training.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.
  • CIPD Qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
