Job Role: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for recruiting Tech, HR, and Finance professionals into the NHS, Central, or Local Government, or Social Care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit Tech, HR, and Finance professionals into the NHS, Central, or Local Government, or Social Care
- Build relationships with clients to ensure maximum job flow
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 12 months + experience in public sector recruitment (non-clinical) in IT, HR, or Finance
- Experience in 360 recruitment, preferably contract-based
- Able to work on-site in the London office 3 days a week
- Eligible to work in the UK
Salary: Estimated £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
