About the Job
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new starter and leaver administration, liaising with the finance team on payroll issues, and supporting exit interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new starter and leaver administration.
- Liaise with the finance team on payroll issues and checks.
- Support with exit interviews, collating data to identify trends and report this to senior management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a HR role.
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using Dayforce software.
- Level 1 user for Visa/immigration processes.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving License (role involves travel).
- Team player with a Can Do attitude.
