HR Recruitment Specialist

This role involves supporting the recruitment process, managing candidate records, and communicating with business teams to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Responsibilities:- Facilitate the recruitment process, collaborating with recruiters to ensure timely hiring.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate meetings, utilizing an applicant tracking system to track progress.
- Prepare offer letters and guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Support recruiting and HR initiatives, including candidate tracking, documentation, and surveys.
- Process expense reports and invoices related to recruitment, maintaining accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience or internships in recruiting, HR, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this role is £28-30/hour, with compensated overtime included in the package.
