Job Description:

This role involves supporting the recruitment process, managing candidate records, and communicating with business teams to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate the recruitment process, collaborating with recruiters to ensure timely hiring.
  2. Coordinate interviews and candidate meetings, utilizing an applicant tracking system to track progress.
  3. Prepare offer letters and guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
  4. Support recruiting and HR initiatives, including candidate tracking, documentation, and surveys.
  5. Process expense reports and invoices related to recruitment, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience or internships in recruiting, HR, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £28-30/hour, with compensated overtime included in the package.
