Job Overview

Our client, Portfolio HR & Reward, is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to support their HR function in London on a 6-month hybrid contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of the company.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the delivery of monthly and quarterly HR control plans, focusing on compulsory trainings, access rights, and wage gaps.
  • Providing accurate reporting and assisting with data accuracy checks during the transition to our new system.
  • Maintaining and updating our current HRIS back office tool, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Cultivating data accuracy through regular checks, cleansing, and audits of employee information.
  • Supporting periodic reporting on key metrics, including gender pay, block leave, and ethnicity.
  • Contributing to the annual compensation review process by providing relevant data insights.
  • Inputting and patching data into Peoplesoft, maintaining data consistency and accuracy.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require advanced Excel skills and experience working with HR databases. Familiarity with HR and finance-related software and systems is also essential. A detailed understanding of HR policies and procedures is desirable.

Able to manipulate large files of data in Excel and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and performance targets, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
