Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Portfolio HR & Reward team in London on a 6-month hybrid contract. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and supporting the growth of our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including policy development and implementation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
  • Managing and maintaining our current HRIS back office tool, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Cultivating data accuracy through regular checks, cleansing, and audits of employee information.
  • Supporting periodic reporting on key metrics, including gender pay, block leave, and ethnicity.
  • Contributing to the annual compensation review process by providing relevant data insights.
  • Inputting and patching data into Peoplesoft, maintaining data consistency and accuracy.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require advanced Excel skills and experience working with HR databases. Familiarity with HR and finance-related software and systems is also essential. A detailed understanding of HR policies and procedures is desirable.

Able to manipulate large files of data in Excel and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and performance targets, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
