Our Mission
The Senior Customer Success Manager will be the driving force behind ensuring our mid-market and enterprise customers achieve an unparalleled experience with our product, Nory. This role is based in London and requires spending 2-3 days a week with clients in and around the city.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing complex implementation projects from inception to completion, defining schedules and coordinating internal and external resources to maximize Time to Value for our customers. You'll also provide mentorship to Customer Success Specialists and Managers within the team, becoming an expert on how Nory works and its capabilities.

We're seeking someone with 5+ years of SaaS industry experience, coupled with knowledge of the hospitality industry from time spent in the industry or working with hospitality brands in a SaaS environment.   • A deep understanding of the SaaS industry and its challenges.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Growth, Solutions Engineering, Product, and others.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
