We're excited to partner with a rapidly growing DevOps SaaS company, ZEREN. This UK-founded business has expanded across the UK and US, with plans to double its headcount to 100 people by 2025.

The focus is on building out the customer function, hiring 15 new professionals in Customer Success, Support, and Implementation over the next year.

This role requires a technically savvy Customer Success Manager who can support enterprise clients and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with clients to ensure they get the most from our platform. You'll engage throughout the customer lifecycle, starting with onboarding, facilitating product adoption, and establishing best practices.

The team's mission is to guarantee customers' success and satisfaction. We collaborate daily with clients and the developer community to help them create secure software.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and empower customers, enabling their teams to maximize the platform's potential
  • Maintain strong, healthy relationships with commercial clients
  • Manage and sustain client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field
  • Familiarity with technical software products or developer tools
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage commercial relationships
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new areas
  • Experience thriving in a fully remote work environment
  • Strong communication skills (English) for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
