Head of Customer Success Lead

OJ Digital is seeking a skilled Head of Customer Success Lead to lead the growing CS Function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and empower a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Drive retention and expansion by collaborating with Sales and Product teams.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convey customer feedback.
  • Influence go-to-market strategy by partnering with revenue leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and scale effective customer success teams.
  • Expertise in the customer lifecycle and success metrics within SaaS.
