Customer Success Strategist

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Nory, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our mid-market and enterprise customers achieve an exceptional experience throughout their journey with us. This full-lifecycle CSM position involves managing complex implementation projects, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with executive stakeholders, and driving growth by delivering maximum value to our most valuable clients.
We are looking for a self-starter who can effectively collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive customer success and product development. Your expertise in the hospitality industry and SaaS environment will be invaluable in helping us expand our reach in this space.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry, coupled with a deep understanding of the hospitality sector. Your ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and identify opportunities for growth will be essential in driving business results.
