About the Role

Expert Employment is seeking a Customer Success Strategist to lead our customer success initiatives in London. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and account growth.

You will serve as the main point of contact for technical and operational support, escalating issues as needed, and build strong customer relationships through proactive issue resolution and continuous communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical platforms, software, and geospatial solutions (GIS, remote sensing, image processing), as well as excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement customer success strategies that drive account growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of geospatial intelligence products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and new revenue, and communicate these to sales teams.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical platforms, software, and geospatial solutions (GIS, remote sensing, image processing).
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Expected travel.

**Estimated Salary:** £55,000 - £75,000 per year.
