H ook, a leader in innovative customer engagement solutions, seeks an experienced Client Success and Growth Lead to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will partner with customers to drive value through enhanced adoption, optimized experiences, and trusted partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the success of clients, spearheading commercial conversations at renewal, and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Become a product expert, developing best practices to share with clients, and empowering them to leverage Hook's full functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to guarantee outstanding client experiences.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Client Success or Account Management roles.
  • Background in SaaS/technology companies, preferably working with technical software.
  • Comfort operating in environments where resources are being developed, and you're excited about building things as you go.
  • Proven track record achieving commercial targets and managing renewals.
  • Experience crafting outcome-driven client success plans and managing multiple projects and workstreams.

£72,000 - £90,000 base salary + OTE

27 days holiday (option to buy and sell) + bank holidays.
