We are looking for a highly motivated Client Success and Growth Professional to join our dynamic team at Giant.

This exciting opportunity involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and increase revenue contribution.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the contingent supply chain and a proven ability to learn about new products and services. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong track record of meeting sales targets.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a range of benefits, including 31 days' holiday, pension schemes, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell other services offered by Giant.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
