Client Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Professional to join our growing technology consultancy in Central London.
About the RoleAs a Client Success Professional, you will be responsible for working closely with our key clients and developing strong relationships with their teams. You will be involved in creating account plans to ensure revenue targets are met, heavily participating in the tender process for new projects, and tracking new sales opportunities through Salesforce.
You will also be the primary point of contact for our consultants regarding client queries and will have a deep understanding of our clients' business needs. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement account plans to drive revenue growth
- Lead the tender process for new projects and build strong relationships with clients
- Track new sales opportunities through Salesforce and maintain accurate records
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants regarding client queries
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including private healthcare, dental cover, death in service policy, electric vehicle incentive scheme, certification bounties, and flexible working arrangements.
In addition, we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, including the Daemon buddy system, support from a team of experienced consultants, and a promotion and pay rise panel every six months.
