Client Success Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Success professional to drive the successful adoption and utilization of our marketing platform among clients. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned expert to join our team at Annalect.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required. A master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in client success or account management roles within the marketing technology industry.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a generous holiday entitlement and pension contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful adoption and utilization of our marketing platform among clients.
- Serve as the central point of contact for client and agency stakeholders on Client Success projects.
- Work with agency account stakeholders to define use cases/user stories for Omni capability usage on client accounts.
- Define, build, and maintain the marketing workflow within the Omni platform workflow capabilities.
- Support agency and specialist teams on uploading content and tracking tasks through workflow stages.
- Support clients on platform and application issue resolution.
