We are looking for an experienced Success Strategist who can build strong relationships with our clients and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in client-facing relationship management, with a proven track record of success.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client health metrics, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing relationship management.
  • Proven track record of success in growing existing client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other CRM systems.

What We Offer:
