Client Success Strategist

The Client Success Strategist will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of client accounts, including delivering projects on time, on budget, and on brief.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the development of each account, increasing the volume of work when appropriate, and maintaining up-to-date understanding of spend on projects to provide accurate feedback on the sales sheet.
You will present PR strategies alongside the senior management team and actively seek new business opportunities, bringing them to the attention of the senior team to meet commercial KPIs.
