Client Success Strategist

Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions, empowering financial institutions to deliver a faster, compliant, and digital customer experience. As a Client Success Strategist at Fenergo, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction through effective sales enablement.
Your primary focus will be on collaborating closely with the sales department to develop digital solutions that align with their objectives. This will involve creating and maintaining a comprehensive digital asset library, including sales presentations, product videos, interactive demos, and other relevant materials. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a digital sales enablement strategy, leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
You will work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless integration of marketing campaigns and sales processes. In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a company pension contribution, life assurance/income protection/critical illness plan, 25 days annual leave, and an annual bonus opportunity.
