About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Client Success Strategist to work closely with our clients, ensuring they get the most out of Avvoka's platform. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering tailored onboarding and training programs, providing advanced technical support, and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to learn and explain complex software features to non-technical users, with a strong understanding of field logic, boolean expressions, and other coding principles used in contract automation tools.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and fostering trust with stakeholders at all levels, with a demonstrated ability to identify and proactively solve client issues.
  • Revenue Growth: Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detail, with a track record of driving revenue growth through account management and strategic partnerships.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus Scheme: A performance-based bonus scheme, offering up to 20% of annual salary, based on individual and team performance.
